The online estimation service Aestimo offers two types of reports addressing the particular needs of each client: Aestimo Basic and Aestimo Plus, returning a conservative value with a confidence margin or uncertainty deviatin of the actual check and current status.
Types of estimates
It consists of a brief report with the data necessary for the applicant to know the value of the property by completing a questionnaire with basic data available to the user. This report can be downloaded immediately in PDF format which will also include the estimated value of the property and graphic documentation such as site, urban environment and land registry data
A discount will be applied when purchasing an Official Appraisal.
In case you want to perform several basic estimates you may request a discount voucher depending on the number of estimates to be made.

The applicant must fill in a quick and simple way, a questionnaire with information on the property to value and get a report also in PDF format with additional information such as analysis of the area where it is located, the price developments and econometrics, the comparable used as explanatory graphs relating to the valuation.
